Welcome to Camp Moosilauke! In this section, you will find the communications, resources, and forms you will need to prepare for a wonderful summer with us. Opening and Closing Dates, Drop-Off Times and Bus/Airport to Camp Information

  • Opening day is Saturday, June 21, 2025. Arrival time between 2 – 4 p.m.
  • Bus transportation is provided from NYC and CT for a fee.
  • We can also provide transportation from airports. Flights should arrive between 12 – 4 p.m. 
  • Closing day is Sunday, July 20, 2025. Pick-up is between 9:30 – 11:30 am.
  • We do not have bus service on July 20th, but we do have shuttles to the airports. Again, flights should depart between 12 – 4 pm. 
  • Opening day is Saturday, June 21, 2025. Arrival time between 2 – 4 p.m.

  • Opening day is Sunday, July 6, 2025. Arrival time between 10 – 11 a.m. 
  • We do not have bus service on July 6th, but we do have shuttles from the airports. Flights should arrive between 12 – 4 p.m.
  • Closing day is Sunday, July 20, 2025. Pick-up is between 9:30 – 11:30 a.m.
  • We do not have bus service on July 20th, but we do have shuttles to the airports. Again, flights should depart between 12 – 4 p.m.
  • Opening day is Wednesday, July 23, 2025. Arrival time between 2 – 4 p.m.
  • Bus transportation is provided from NYC and CT for a fee.
  • We can also provide transportation from airports. Flights should arrive between 12 – 4 p.m. 
  • Closing day is Saturday, August 9, 2025. Pick-up is between 8 – 10 a.m.
  • We do have bus service on August 9th to CT and NYC for a fee and shuttles to the airports. Again, flights should depart between 12 – 4 p.m.

The Family Handbook, an important resource for families and campers to prepare for the Moosilauke Experience, will be emailed starting in January to enrolled families. In it you will find answers to frequently asked questions, and a wealth of other important information. Whether you are new to the Moosilauke family or returning for another summer, we ask that you read this handbook carefully as each year we make changes.  Before the start of Camp, campers and parents are asked to fill out the Handbook Agreement in acknowledgment that they have read the handbook together and agree to all policies and conditions.

Please download the Campanion app on your phone using the same login and password as your CampMinder account. This is an important tool for forms and summer photos.

Please complete all forms by May 1.  You can use your Campminder and Campanion accounts to do so. The Campanion app allows you to scan forms directly from your phone for uploading which then upload directly to the website.  Required forms include: 

  • Health History
  • Annual Physical
  • List of Immunizations w/COVID-19 vaccination information
  • Parent Consent and Authorization with copies of insurance cards
  • Physician’s Authorization for Medication if your child will be taking any medication while at Camp. This does not include over-the-counter medication that we will provide them while at Camp as issues arrise. 

Any medication that campers will need to take daily (e.g., prescriptions, vitamins, and over-the-counter medicines), will need to be pill-packaged through CVS, a local pharmacy, or Amazon. 

  • The Physician’s Authorization for Medication form must be filled out for each medication, as well as inhalers and epipens. 
  • If your child needs over-the-counter medication while at Camp due to a cold, fever, etc., our nurses will provide what is necessary as always.
  • We use the online camp outfitter, The Camp Spot
  • Non-uniform items may be purchased elsewhere and do not need to be purchased via The Camp Spot. 
  • New families: There is a list with required uniform information for new campers.
  • Returning families: You may purchase anything you would like from the online catalog but should remember to have the necessary Moosilauke t-shirts, shorts, and reversible tank top for any athletic competitions. 
  • Statements are sent in February
  • Payments are due March 1 with extended payment plan options until May 1
  • Payments may be done via check or wire transfer
  • Checks should be made payable to CAMP MOOSILAUKE and sent to:
