Please download the Campanion app on your phone using the same login and password as your CampMinder account. This is an important tool for forms and summer photos.

The Family Handbook, an important resource for families and campers to prepare for the Moosilauke Experience, will be emailed starting in January to enrolled families. In it you will find answers to frequently asked questions, and a wealth of other important information. Whether you are new to the Moosilauke family or returning for another summer, we ask that you read this handbook carefully as each year we make changes.  Before the start of Camp, campers and parents are asked to fill out the Handbook Agreement in acknowledgment that they have read the handbook together and agree to all policies and conditions.

Please complete all forms by May 1.  You can use your Campminder and Campanion accounts to do so. The Campanion app allows you to scan forms directly from your phone for uploading which then upload directly to the website.  Required forms include:

  • Health History

  • Annual Physical

  • List of Immunizations w/COVID-19 vaccination information

  • Parent Consent and Authorization with copies of insurance cards

  • Physician’s Authorization for Medication if your child will be taking any medication while at Camp. This does not include over-the-counter medication that we will provide them while at Camp as issues arrise.

Any medication that campers will need to take daily (e.g., prescriptions, vitamins, and over-the-counter medicines), will need to be pill-packaged through CVS, a local pharmacy, or Amazon.

  • The Physician’s Authorization for Medication form must be filled out for each medication, as well as inhalers and epipens.
